 November is shaping up to be a month of special blessing at Nairobi Lighthouse with some great friends coming through to be with us. First, we kicked off with Phil Stern who was at NLC on November 1st. Phil brought a powerful word to our hearts, challenging us to cross the line in order to go to the next level that God has for NLC. Those who cross the line will be used of God to raise the lid and attain all God has in store! Phil spoke of transition, saying that the way you know you are in a season of transition, you often experience the following - tension uncertainty, fear, disturbance, redirection, remodeling, mess, frustration, disagreement, excitement, envisioning, new calls, faith, and adventure.
What a timely word, we were so encouraged and blessed! God is using Phil around the world and we are so grateful he was able to be with us. How much we appreciate Jon & Molly Stern, directors of Kings Kids Village in having Phil come over to us. Phil (Jon's brother) brought a team from the US to minister and serve at KKV the last week of October and in the midst of a busy time of ministry there, Phil (and his team) were able to be with us.
